Family: My wife, Alica, and I are very excited for our family to all be a part of the Wilber-Clatonia Community. My wife, Alicia, is currently a Speech-Language Pathologist within the Wilber-Clatonia Schools. We have two children, Aiden (going to be a Freshman) and Brynn (going to be a 5th grader.) who are also very excited to be joining the Wolverine Family.

Hometown: I am originally from Beatrice, Nebraska.  My parents still live there so it's nice that we are close enough to visit when we are able.

Hobbies:  I enjoy several different hobbies such as attending sporting events, hunting, fishing, listening to audiobooks, and staying active (running, lifting, and playing sports with my kids). I also enjoy attending the different activities that our kids are involved in, which keeps both my wife and me extremely busy most of the time.

Professional Experience: I started my teaching and coaching career in 2001 within Lincoln Public Schools and have moved around throughout LPS to many different middle schools and high schools throughout the last eighteen years. My first administrative job was at Park Middle School in 2019 within Lincoln Public Schools as an Instructional Coordinator and then onto being the Student Services Coordinator in 2020.

  • I graduated from the University of Nebraska at Kearney with a Bachelor of Arts in Education degree, endorsed in Physical Education and Health K-12.

  • I graduated with my Masters of Education in Educational Administration from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln.

I am extremely honored and humbled to serve the Wilber-Clatonia community, and look forward to working with our students, staff, and community members this year and in the future!
