Administration Profiles

Ray Collins is the Superintendent at Wilber-Clatonia Schools.   Mr. Collins has a Bachelor's degree in Soil Science and Ag Education, a Masters of Education degree in School Leadership and a Specialist Certificate in School Administration all from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.  Mr. Collins also taught Farm and Ranch Management classes for Southeast Community College through a community outreach program.  Mr. Collins has been with the Wilber-Clatonia School District since 2010.  Prior to that, he had 28 1/2 years of service to the Prague Public School District where he started as the Ag Ed instructor, became Principal and then Superintendent.

Mr. Collins is married to Deb.  They have two married daughters and their twin sons graduated from Wilber-Clatonia.  The Collins' enjoy spending time with their children and grandchildren and taking time to enjoy the many activities and events involving the Wilber and Clatonia communities.  


 Dan Conway is the High School Principal at Wilber-Clatonia Public Schools.  Mr. Conway's career in education began in 2006.  His previous stops include 2 years at Twin River Public Schools, 3 years at Beatrice Public Schools, and 9 years at Cross County Community Schools.  Over the years Mr. Conway has served as a high school English teacher, middle school English teacher, 7-12 Activities Director, head boys basketball coach, assistant boys and girls basketball coach, and assistant junior high and high school football coach.  Mr. Conway has earned an Associates of Applied Science Degree in Manufacturing Engineering and CAD from SCC-Milford, a Bachelor's degree in Education from Peru State College, and a Master's Degree in Education Administration from the University of Nebraska Kearney.  

As a teacher and coach, Mr. Conway greatly valued the power of relationships and the importance of hard work and attention to detail.  At Wilber-Clatonia he hopes to develop great relationships with the students, staff, and community and help students and staff become the best that they can be.  

Mr. Conway is married to his wife Hilary and together they have two boys, Jameson and Kellen.  The Conway's enjoy spending time with their family and friends, attending sporting events or school activities, and working on projects around their house.


 Christine Radcliff is the Elementary Principal at Wilber-Clatonia Public Schools. This is Mrs. Radcliff's fifth year with the district, as she joined W-C in 2013.  Prior to taking the Elementary Principal role in Wilber, Mrs. Radcliff served the student's of the Fremont Public School District for five years and McCool Junction Public School for six years.

Throughout her roles as both teacher and coaches, she learned the importance of building relationships with each and every individual involved in a program to truly build success from the foundation up.  She also believes in a collaborative team approach to help all students find a their own path towards a positive and effective educational experience. 

Mrs. Radcliff is married to junior high math/english teacher & softball coach, Mark Radcliff. Together they have two boys who also attend Wilber-Clatonia Public Schools.  If you don't find the Radcliff's at a Wilber-Clatonia school function they are probably visiting family, as Christine comes from a large family in the Clarkson and Howells area!


Jeff Hatcliff is the High School Assistant Principal, Activities Director, and Technology Director at Wilber-Clatonia Public Schools.  This is Mr. Hatcliff's 15th year in education.  Before coming to Wilber-Clatonia he was a Social Studies teacher and coach for 5 years at Sidney Public School and 6 years at Gretna Public Schools.  Mr. Hatcliff earned his Bachelor's degree in Education and Masters in Curriculum and Instruction from Doane University.  He earned his Masters in Educational Administration from the University of Nebraska Kearney.

Over the last 15 years, Mr. Hatcliff has enjoyed the many relationships that he has been able to create with students and fellow staff members.  He enjoys the passion and energy that kids show when participating in the activities that Wilber-Clatonia has to offer.  

Mr. Hatcliff is married to his wife Johanna and they have two girls, Raegen and Reece.  The Hatcliff's enjoy spending time with family and friends.  Mr. Hatcliff's hobbies include hunting and fishing and also spending time outdoors doing projects on the house.
