Elementary Fundraiser Delivery Date

If your child sold items from the fundraiser they must be picked up on Thursday, October 24th

between 2:30 & 4:00 pm in the Elementary School

commons area. Items must be picked up by an adult and CAN NOT go home on the bus. If you can not pick up at this time you may have another adult pick up the items for you. Please fill out the form below and send it back to school by Oct. 23rd so we know how your items will be picked up.
