    1. Budget Amendment Hearing
          1. Open and Conduct a Public Hearing on amending the Special Building Fund Budget by borrowing $300,000 from the General Fund cash on hand to complete the building project and pay for insurance work.  This amendment creates a short term loan from the General fund to the Special Building fund to solve a cash flow problem and will not change the 2017-2018 tax request.
          2. Close the hearing


    1. Mandatory Hearings and Policy Review
      1.    Student Fees Policy # 5195
          1.  Hold Public Hearing to discuss, consider, and receive input on the Student Fee Policy.  The public will be given the opportunity to provide input on the proposed Student Fee Policy.
          2. Review of the amount of money collected from students pursuant to, and the use of waivers provided in, the student fee policies of the District for the 2017-2018 school year.
          3. Close the Hearing
          4. Discuss, consider, and take action to adopt a Student Fee Policy.


      1. Parental Involvement Policy # 1510 and Policy #6400
          1. Hold Public Hearing to discuss, consider and receive input on the Parental Involvement Policy.  The public will be given the opportunity to present information and opinions on a proposed Parental Involvement Policy.
          2. Close the Hearing
          3. Discuss, consider, and take action to either alter the Parental Involvement Policy or adopt the policy as altered, or to reaffirm the Parental Involvement Policy.

          1. Review Bullying Policy
          2. Discuss, consider, and take action to adopt an amended Bullying Policy, if determined appropriate.

During any meeting the Wilber Clatonia Board of Education may vote to go into “closed session” to protect the public interest or for prevention of needless injury to the reputation of an individual as per Nebraska Revised Statue 84-1410.
