Ray Collins is the Superintendent at Wilber-Clatonia Schools. Mr. Collins has a Bachelor's degree in Soil Science and Ag Education, a Masters of Education degree in School Leadership and a Specialist Certificate in School Administration all from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Mr. Collins also taught Farm and Ranch Management classes for Southeast Community College through a community outreach program. Mr. Collins has been with the Wilber-Clatonia School District since 2010. Prior to that, he had 28 1/2 years of service to the Prague Public School District where he started as the Ag Ed instructor, became Principal and then Superintendent.
Mr. Collins is married to Deb. They have two married daughters and their twin sons graduated from Wilber-Clatonia. The Collins' enjoy spending time with their children and grandchildren and taking time to enjoy the many activities and events involving the Wilber and Clatonia communities.
Mark Fritch is the High School Principal at Wilber-Clatonia Schools. This is Mr. Fritch's fifth year with the district. Mr. Fritch is originally from Palmyra and attended Peru State College. He is in his 24th year of education; spending time as a science teacher and coach at Tri-Center in Neola, IA, Grand Island Senior High, and Papillion-La Vista South then as an Assistant Principal at Lewis Central in Council Bluffs, Iowa.
Mr. Fritch believes we must include parents and the community in the education of our youth. He believes we must create a culture where teachers are willing to challenge students academically to achieve more than they believed they could. Together we can help our students achieve more.
Mr. Fritch is married to Jaime. They have two boys that are Wilber-Clatonia students. They remain busy with school activities and their boys' activities.
Christine Radcliff is the Elementary Principal at Wilber-Clatonia Public Schools. This is Mrs. Radcliff's fifth year with the district, as she joined W-C in 2013. Prior to taking the Elementary Principal role in Wilber, Mrs. Radcliff served the student's of the Fremont Public School District for five years and McCool Junction Public School for six years.
Throughout her roles as both teacher and coaches, she learned the importance of building relationships with each and every individual involved in a program to truly build success from the foundation up. She also believes in a collaborative team approach to help all students find a their own path towards a positive and effective educational experience.
Mrs. Radcliff is married to junior high math/english teacher & softball coach, Mark Radcliff. Together they have two boys who also attend Wilber-Clatonia Public Schools. If you don't find the Radcliff's at a Wilber-Clatonia school function they are probably visiting family, as Christine comes from a large family in the Clarkson and Howells area!
Jeff Hatcliff, joins the Wilber-Clatonia Administrative team as the High School Assistant Principal and Activities Director for the district. Mr. Hatcliff was previously with Gretna Public Schools.
